Praxis Exams

The Praxis Series is a set of rigorous and validated assessments that provides accurate, reliable information for use by state education agencies in making licensing decisions.

Graduate students in Speech Pathology or Audiology are required to take the national examination in speech pathology or audiology as a part of recieving ASHA certification and Illinois licensure. The test should be taken your last semester on campus. For more information on these requirements, visit the Speech Pathology & Audiology site for graduate students.

Illinois Certification Exam (Required of all Education majors)
